Tasting notes: Numbing spicy fragrant stir fry in a bar

An incredibly aromatic, spicy and numbing yet addictive chocolate, inspired by the popular spicy mala stir fry pot dish.

A special house made spice mix is slowly wok-fried to release its aroma, then blended with chocolate made with cacao from Indonesia and the Philippines. A party in the mouth!
