The Bejofo Estate spreads over 2000 ha in the Sambirano Valley, Madagascar. Since 1920, it has produced aromatic cocoa and spices, including this pink pepper that Akesson grow over 3 ha. Our pink peppercorns are delicate and fragrant. They go well with a variety of food such as lamb, fish carpaccio, salad or even dessert. Their rich color adds an elegant appearance to any cuisine.
