Our friends at Capitol Cider House aged their Goldrush Pommeau in Rye Whiskey Barrels from Catoctin Creek Distilling company. Once complete, the barrels are passed on to Harper Macaw to be filled with our roasted cacao nibs from Reserva Zorzal in the Dominican Republic. After aging for over 9 months in the barrel, the result is a complex and harmonic combination that is presented to you as a rare chocolate bar with an exquisite flavor profile.
