Over two years in the making, this bar is the result of working with Maya Mountain to plant over 4,000 hardwood and cacao trees on a new demonstration farm. Letterpress got a chance to visit in January 2016 and got some pretty spectacular beans.

Tasting Note: very pleased with the balance of stonefruit and chocolatey notes.
