This chocolate contains single-origin fennel seeds and freeze-dried cranberries ground right into the chocolate. When tasting this bar, the bright tartness from the cranberry hits you first, then a deepness from the toasted fennel seeds rounds out the finish. It’s the perfect start to the holidays!
