River Sea Angel Food White

Real white chocolate is made from cacao butter, the beneficial oil of the cacao bean. Commercial white chocolates are made with palm oil or deodorized cacao butter from low grade beans that weren't quality enough to make into chocolate.

However, not ours! The farms we work with use premium beans, giving this cacao butter the most delicious and fragrant aroma possible. Simple and delicious, with a bit of French vanilla too.
