Dark Chocolate 70% filled with port wine and figs ganache – contains alcohol
Figs in port are a timeless classic, to which a delicate taste of maple sugar was added. This bar was started with a Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz, with an extremely fruity flavor, matured in oak barrels. Then, the port was flown into a creamy, dark port ganache, and added bits of fig that have been marinated in port for a fruity and crunchy surprise. Covered in 70% dark chocolate, and sweetened only with maple sugar!
