Aromatic profile: sweet notes of yellow fruits (pear, quince)
The oldest traces of cacao, consumed as a beverage 5,000 years ago, are found in Peru. Gran Palo Blanco is a variety endemic to the Chulucanas region, and its name refers to its high percentage of white, more delicate beans. In our factory, these beans are gently roasted, slowly stone-ground, and aged for several weeks to develop subtle notes of yellow fruit. Our chocolate won a silver medal at the prestigious Academy of Chocolate 2024.
Ingredients: Organic cocoa beans (71%), organic cane sugar (29%). Lecithin-free.
