In the Belizean rainforest overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the Maya Mountains are home to rare and exceptional cacao trees. In our factory, these beans are gently roasted, slowly stone-ground, and aged for several weeks to reveal delicate flavors of honey and flowers, with a final note of pineapple. Our chocolate won the bronze medal at the prestigious European Chocolate Awards in 2023.
