Aromatic profile: notes of exotic fruits and citrus on the finish
The oldest traces of cacao, consumed as a beverage 5,000 years ago, are found in Peru. Long forgotten, Gran Nativo Blanco is a variety endemic to Morropón. Its name comes from its high percentage of white beans, the rarest and most delicate. In our factory, these beans are gently roasted, slowly stone-ground, and aged for several weeks to reveal rich notes of exotic fruits, with a hint of citrus on the finish. Our chocolate won a silver medal at the prestigious European Chocolate Awards in 2023.
Ingredients: Organic cocoa beans (72%), organic cane sugar (28%). No added lecithin or cocoa butter.
