This chocolate is made by the cooperative El Ceibo, founded in 1977. El Ceibo chocolate is grown, harvested and manufactured by cooperative members in Bolivia. The exceptional going nature of this land, the tradition of its people combined with El Ceibo's standard of quality, bring this cocoa to its peak of excellence.
