This white chocolate is truly unique. Obolo uses natural cocoa butter pressed from single-origin organic cacao sourced from Pangoa, Peru. The butter retains many of the floral and fruity notes of this cacao origin, resulting in a complex and flavorful white chocolate. Obolo also uses powdered whole milk sourced from the COLUN Dairy Cooperative in Southern Chile in this bar.
