Potomac Chocolate’s first ever white chocolate!

A lot of white chocolate is bland and overly sweet.

This white chocolate is not.

This is a white chocolate that challenges what it means to be a white chocolate. First off, it’s not white. 🙂 This is a caramelized white chocolate. I’ve toasted the milk powder until it’s just golden. This toasted milk is then refined with sugar and cocoa butter into an intensely smooth and complex white chocolate with notes of toffee and caramel. There’s also a nice baked note that I can’t quite put my finger on–graham cracker, perhaps.
