This limited edition dark bar by Ruket is bold and creamy, with lovely long-lasting notes of ripe fruit and intense cocoa.
L’Esterre, translated as “East Land”, is cushioned in the north-east of Grenada. The farm lies just outside the pluvial forest, so the cocoa benefits from the rich, volcanic soil. The farm itself uses forestry and agricultural techniques to keep the cocoa thriving amongst a biodiverse landscape.
