Maker's Notes:
Yahara Chocolate's 70% dark chocolate has been combined with dried Door County cherries. Unlike many inclusion bars, Yahara Chocolate mixes chopped cherries into the chocolate before molding to fully infuse the flavor and distribute the cherries into every bite. The fruitiness of the Bejuco cacao pairs perfectly with the tart sweetened dried cherries.
Made in house by Yahara Chocolate & Tea in Stoughton, Wisconsin. All chocolate is tempered, poured, and wrapped by hand in our downtown shop.
