Single Origin Honduran Chocolate. Fine, aromatic, organic and ecological cocoa grown in the imposing
mountains that surround Lake Yojoa. It is of the Trinitario variety and is influenced by the vanilla, cardamom, citrus, cinnamon and ginger crops that accompany it. Fermented and lightly toasted, handmade, with
citrus, floral notes and a touch of sweetness, which make its flavor magical.
The benefits it provides due to its high percentage of purity (70%) make it a healthy pleasure, vegan and gluten-free chocolate.
It contains only two ingredients: cocoa and sweet panela.
