The 100 % Madagascar bar is chocolate in its purest form. This means it has no sugar added, it’s pure cocoa paste. Made from the same high quality cocoa beans as Pralus’ Madagascar bar (Sambirano valley), the extra long conching time makes this a surprisingly luscious and creamy 100% bar. Many of our customers who try this bar in blind tastings are shocked to learn there is no sugar added. Natural bright red fruit and citrus notes are complements to the bitter cacao.
