Pump Street Panettone Dark Chocolate 70%

We have spent years perfecting our traditional Panettone in the bakery. It is rich, perfumed, full of candied fruit and topped with almonds and sugar crystals, and those flavours are all represented in this chocolate bar. Dark chocolate made with Grenadan cocoa beans from Crayfish Bay Organic Estate, is enriched with our own panettone, then orange peel and nibs of toasted almond and sugar are embedded in the bar. 

Perfect for anyone who loves panettone or other richly flavoured Christmas cakes.

Ingredients – Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, panettone (9%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, butter(milk), egg yolk, malt extract (gluten), honey, salt, panettone natural essence, vanilla paste, armagnac), candied orange peel, almonds & sugar crystal. Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 70%.
